Playing at the next level not only takes talent, but it takes hard work, dedication, and most likely a pro-active approach.  The coaches and the program at the Washington Athletics will provide the coaching, mentoring, contact information, referrals, drills, and training to develop and prepare for the next level, but it takes the effort of the athletes to achieve each individual goals.
